A & S Horse Farm

WELCOME TO A & S HORSE FARM OF INDIANA!!

We are a small family run horse farm dedicated to breeding quality, well minded, easy to
handle foundation bred Quarter Horses & Appendix Horses. Our horses are bred for any
kind of work. Our main goal is that all our horses have excellent dispositions, so that even
novice horseman can handle them. Our horses are interacted with on a daily basis. We are
proud members of the AQHA, FQHA, FQHR, NFQHA, and the WFQHA.
Our horses include pedigrees such as Gold King Bailey, King, Wimpy, Hank Bar, Eternal
Sun, Coed's Sun, Will To Win, Sonny Dee Bar, Reynolds Rap, Sonny's Reynolds, Irishbar
Bob, Poco Pine, Poco Bueno, Quincy Bar, and Mighty Bars, and many more!
Our farm is located in southern Indiana, just south of Indianapolis. We have 13 acres of
which most is fenced in for our horses. Our current barn has 8 stalls with a full length loft
and a feed room. We also have a large outdoor riding arena.

Our stallion "Rich in Smoke "(above ) is no longer breeding outside mares. We are only
breeding him to our own mares, and offering his foals for sale. We have decided to slowly
retire him and let him enjoy his remaining years. He is 97.6% foundation ( with Wimpy &
double bred King in his pedigree) with an EXCELLENT disposition.
Several of his offspring are for sale, please check out our sales page for details. All of his
offspring have his willing and easy going disposition, Smokey is one of those GREAT
stallions that we are lucky and grateful to have. We would not trade him for NOTHING.

We have a colorful group of mares that have the good old foundation bloodlines
and produce beautiful babies. Our mares pedigrees include Gypsy Bar Lad, Coed's
Sun, Sonny Dee Bar, Reynolds Rap, Holly's Reynolds, Boomer Pine, Poco Pine,
Master Derby(TB), Lot O' Gold(TB) , just to name a few. Go to OUR MARES
PAGE, to see them and full pedigrees. Most importantly our mares all have
excellent dispositions. Check back often because we will be changing the pictures
from time to time.

"Patches" (shown above) is just one of our select geldings that
we have for our own personal riding horses. Feel free to check

Above is an updated picture of Smokes Lil Man Mccue. He is by our stallion
Rich In Smoke and out of our mare My Miss Sunny Mccue. He is now called
Mac and is shown here as a yearling in May 24, 2009. He is now in Kentucky
and doing GREAT. Thanks John for the updates!

Every year we only offer only a small number of foals for sale. By only
have a few foals every year we are able to interact with each foal every day
and work with them. If you see a mare that you like and are interested in
her foal please contact us early. Our babies are imprinted and well
socialized as our goal is to produce and sell a foal that is so great that
people want to come back every year for another. Our promise to you is
that all foals will be halter broke, broke to lead, pick up their feet, and
load when you come to pick them up.

#5010271, has had basic ground work done with him and is ready to finish your
way. Offering him for $800 , he has a GREAT disposition I just don't have the
time to finish him and don't want him to go to waste. He has done great saddling
him just needs some ground work and someone to ride him. Pedigree includes
Reynolds Rap, Sonny Dee Bar, Gold Chip Bailey, King, Wimpy and more.

Smokes Hot Lil McCue, was sold on July 5, 2010. We would like to thank Mary
and Evan Bratcher of Indiana!!!!!
